Drop Dead Recipes- Raw Cashew Cheesecakes

I just wanted to take the time to post a little update and let you know where I’ve been at over the Summer, as my Koko’s Kitchen posts have definitely slowed down. Lots of changes have been happening, and I really want to get my recipes back up regularly again!
First of all, I’ve been busy with Koko’s Kitchen the business. I’ve been selling juice at Back Roads Family Farm Market all summer, and I attended markets at the Tsawwassen Saturday Market as well. I’ve been filling orders for 3-day reboots (juice cleanses) and keeping busy with a full-time job as well. It’s been a bit overwhelming this summer to say the least, so my blog has been put on the back burner. September feels like a bit of a fresh start though, and I’m ready to make the time for more recipes!
I’m also moving in less than two weeks from the suburbs to the city with two of my best friends. I’m so excited!!
I hope that these Raw Blueberry- Orange- Vanilla Cheesecakes will tide you over for the time being. They are made with wholesome ingredients, and sweetened only with maple syrup. As always, step-by-step recipe photos are up on the Drop Dead Clothing blog. Be sure to check out their new gym wear collection, too! I’ve also created a step-by-step Youtube video for this recipe.

Hey Koko! I loved watching your video and finally getting to hear your cool Canadian accent 😀 Loved the intro music too.
I didn’t realise you were working full time AND selling your juices. You’re one super busy girl! Hope the move to the city goes smoothly xx

Love the moody photo 🙂 I dropped by the other day looking for these lovelies after I saw them in instagram… so happy you posted. They are gorgeous Koko! That layered look is wonderful with the blueberry and I’ve always been drawn to your use of cashew in raw/vegan sweets. Also, loved your video!! — so great to ‘see’ you and found it helpful and engaging :). The other thing that caught my eye are your parchment strips — how clever is that? such a great idea rather than filling the entire cup. Good luck with your big move and continued success in your business — life is bringing you so many new opportunities and you deserve them!
