Through a series of one-on-one coaching sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the principles of the Food Freedom Lifestyle and work towards achievable goals related to your personal needs. You’ll also have access to a range of tools and strategies, such as mindfulness practices and intuitive development, to help you overcome any obstacles or challenges that may be holding you back. Unlike dieting you cannot fail at intuitive eating.

One On One Coaching

One-on-one coaching for individuals is a personalized approach to intuitive eating that focuses on the unique needs and goals of the individual.

As your coach, I will work closely with you,  the client, to understand your current challenges, identify areas for improvement, and work through the principles of the Food Freedom Lifestyle. This type of coaching is conducted through a series of virtual sessions.
