Description
This package includes the Self-Guided PDF Workbook (and meditations) and a live 1:1 coaching session with Koko for 75 minutes. This is a great introduction to intuitive eating, as we will take time to address your main concerns around food, diet and body image. We will also look deeper into where your concerns may originally stem from, if there is diet culture hidden in any of them, how family/friends/society shapes or affects your beliefs and more. Please be prepared to take an introspective look at your past and current diet, exercise routine and impact of social/familial relationships.
